Install with your AI agent
Paste the link below to a coding agent (e.g. Claude Code). Everything it needs is in
INSTALL.md: it will check out the repository and set up the
mecha-nudge command and/or drop the skill into ~/.claude/skills/.

Clone the repository and follow INSTALL.md:
git clone https://github.com/giuliofrey/mecha-nudges-skill
It installs two ways: the mecha-nudge CLI via
pip install ., and a drop-in Claude Code skill
(cp -R skills/mecha-nudge ~/.claude/skills/mecha-nudge).
You will also need an OpenAI API key; the README covers where to put it.
